OT: craft breweries in Ireland & Sam Smith's again

Yes Barry,I have looked at that website.But in talking to Sams,tenants have never found one who recognises the situations mentioned on the site. but I am sure there are some who find it difficult to adjust to the very archaic ways of the Brewery.
