| The July issue of the Beer Advocate (www.beeradvocate.com) has an article about Andy Gänstaller and several other Franconian brewers. It is titled: "Pure, not simple: German brewers experiment inside the Reinheitsgebot's boundaries" and makes for interesting reading. Andy has a link to the article on his FB page (www.facebook/ganstallerbrau). I happened across it because I saw he was going to participate in the Hallendorfer Biertage at the beginning of September. |
