| I have never visited the place. Website: http://www.weiglathal.de/index.php/das-bier They say their beer is brewed in "Lohnbrauverfahren". That means they let brew it by another brewery. They have their own recept (they say). Open fermentation: in the place of the Bierkeller. Ratebeer says it's brewed by the Brauerei Simon, which belongs to the Kaiser Bräu, Neuhaus (a bigger industrial brewery).
