kirchweir fests etc

I have some how been talked into guiding a few old boys around on a mini trip to Franken.
They have expressed a wish to try and incorporate some kind of fest/village streetfest Kirchweih,etc etc.into the trip.
I would be very grateful for any ideas.(from mid july sort of time)
