| Leaves more Pils for the rest of us :) I always sample the Pils first if there is one on offer. I do think that there is a distinct Franken style of Pils which differs from other German Pils. It is fuller in body, deeper in colour and has more hop flavour, perhaps slightly less bitter. However, I could be describing a Czech lezak with that, more research needed to decide whether there is a great gap between the two. |
