OT Harveys Sussex Best again

Sorry Andy, I have only the greatest respect for honourable members of the brewing trade, having sampled so much and many of their efforts over the years!  Though, as I've commented before, some of the newer arrivals on the scene seem to be experimenting on their customers, whereas I only experiment on my friends. Wouldn't let my enemies anywhere my beer - hope that I haven't got too many, anyway.  

I admire the brewers at places like Sam Smith's who produce endless gallons of one type of beer over decades at a high and consistent quality.

My comment was really about Polypins, which should be at least as good at preserving ale as PET bottles, being made of much better materials.  If I ever get back to the UK, I'll try an experiment with keeping some beer in a Polypin over a longer period, just to see what might happen.
