| Its a great beer. I always try to find the good in a beer, not search out the bad. Otherwise youre destined to find it. The reviews I often read online make me wonder sometimes if we've lost our way a little in this 'persuit of perfection' that seems to pervade this bump in the road of beer history. Some people call it a revolution; it is much more insignificant. The advent of lager was a revolution. These past decades of rediscovery will barely register in the annuls. But I'm not going to bang on about it, I think my opinions on overthinking such a simple thing as beer are well known. |
