Travel from Frankfurt airport to Bamberg

I can suggest another, similar, solution, which we used once when we flew into Frankfurt Hahn. We took the bus to Fra Hptbf (no train available), then took the train to Aschaffenburg, which is about 10 minutes and a few stations further into Bayern. Then train from Asch Hptbf to Bamberg. Don't think that there's much difference either way, except that Aschaffenburg is a bigger station to hang around on!

But, either way, there's no problem and it is the same train.

Ryanair are now flying direct from Manchester to Nuremberg, which is great news for us becuse we hope to re-settle about 70 miles from Manchester, if we can sell our house!
