| They alternate a Holzfass of Landbier from the country with a Holzfass of their own, not sure if they alternate every single time, but IIRC she said they brew at least weekly, meaning it could well be a 30L Holzfass of Hausgebrautes per day. The Schwarzbier was excellent, best beer of the night, of all four Landbierparadieses. I started there, and it just went downhill. :( |
