Really though, I like Jason's passionate post above, though yes, I think he overlooked the part-time, hobbyist nature of this operation, as Gerhard pointed out earlier. And look at that brewhouse -- it looks like an over-grown homebrew operation. I simply doubt they brew enough to support distribution to even a single Gaststätte.

I hope people don't perceive Jason's post as a dig at Michael James, either (assuming MJ actually does exist, of which I'm not entirely convinced, but that's a discussion for another time), who as far as I know, is not a professional beer writer or Beer Communicator (ugh), but does his professional-looking photographic essays as a hobby out of personal interest. I don't think Jason implies that, as MJ's piece is actually quite level-headed, simply explaining the situation there and how good the beer is, without waxing overly floral.
