You are right. I have searched bahn.de for Tiefenstockheim, but not seen that it's only a bus connection (or Anrufsmmeltaxi) from Kitzingen to Seinsheim or from Marktbreit Bahnhof to Seinsheim. All connections are crazy (expensive and time consuming) if Your are in Bamberg. Maybe Seinsheim is okay if You are in the area around Seinsheim. .
