Weekend round-up...and what's wrong with

I have to confess Nick to always having been a cynic.And the passing of time has  reinforced this trait. But Iwill concede that in some cases,your observation will be right.And that experimentation will be the motive. And perchance with half an eye on the bottom line. Oh crap! there is the cynic creeping in again. To be honest I dont have any real beef with all this new age beer stuff(mmm theres a thought,Real beef mega triple hop and cumquat IPA) I just sort of like tradition having a seperate niche,for fear of it being lost in the morass of the new.
