"Brought out of the cellar and tapped while I was there" Was it cloudy Mark? or perhaps a dark ale.If cask conditioned it would have had a certain amount of lees,which would have been disturbed by moving it from the cellar.Or perhaps it was a Fullers ale? they have "fast cask" using thier high tec yeast that will drop bright within a half hour of moving the cask and restillaging. |
