| Wow, that's lovely, Jason. Rudi and Anni Loistl are lovely people, though we didn't see so much of them on our last visit. Rudi is often in Fiedlschneider as Anni has family connections there (with the former owners). Our landlord would be Sepp Wittmann, super guy, not much English and a great man for the Zoigl - especially Fruhschoppen! He and his wife Jolanthe run Fewo Schwarznigl, which is nearly opposite the Loisl house front door (as opposed to the bar entrance). I presume that you meant Lingl in Neuhaus, as it is the Stube open this weekend. Herr Bauer is a very friendly guy - we had a long chat with him last year. You were lucky to catch Robby Sperber open (Binner). It is one of our real favourites and Robby is a great man - he brews for many of the Stube in Eschawo, plus the Oberpfalzer Hotel and Weisse Schwann. What a weekend! |
