Price of beer in LA

Well after posting that I just had a very good $4 IPA (Apline Duet -- 7% and tasty). It was at a grocery store -- a Whole Foods Market that opened up near where I live. A decent tap list (24 taps, five from breweries within 10 miles ore so). Normally it was $6 but I hit Happy Hour.
