OT: Kölsch & Altbier: Lager?

http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/mahrs-brau-lagerbier-naturtrub-und-obergarig/175529/ The brewery Mahrs has brewed (in the year 2012) a "Mahrs Bräu Lagerbier Naturtrüb und Obergärig".  Maybe they have brewed it top fermented because the Reinheitsgebot.say You have to brew top fermented if You use other malts as barley.
