Careful now, I'm talking about the other Rittmayer. http://www.rittmayer-aisch.de/ has only one beer, from 1000 L plastic-bag tank, natural carbonation. Bus 205 from Erlangen, or an hour's walk from Stiebarlimbach. Fred's info http://www.franconiabeerguide.com/pubs.php?IDKEY=270&single=1 isn't quite accurate, missing the evening (from 17.00) hours. But now off season, Mon-Tue-Wed Ruhetage.
