Braumeister [name_vergessen] said the Vollbier is just the filtered version of the Hausbräu Kellerbier. Both are bloody lovely. Really, his beers are just so loaded with character, and *less* alcohol than typical. Huge pity that Uehlfeld is a bit out of the way for me.
