Schloßbrauerei Ellingen / Blahovar

It should be a mixed-style, something between Pils and Kellerbier. 12,8 Plato,  bitterness 35 IBU. Single decoction was used.  Brewers from both breweries were present; malt and hops were 50:50 from Czech and Germany.  Brewing and fermentation was done in Ellingen. I will met Vladimir Stuchl tonight in Prague for a couple of Seidlas of Knoblach beer, so I could find more details, if anybody is interested.
