If you want to stay near Roppelt's Keller why not book a room at the Rittmayer Hotel in Willersdorf.  It's not a long walk.  I did that one night a few years ago so I could stay longer at Roppelt's and the Kreuzberg Kellers.  It was a good choice.  Also got to enjoy a nightcap beer at the hotel. http://www.rittmayer.com/
