| I wouldn't mind meeting Felix, but I don't think he'd like to meet me. That's the sad story of my life: hip young beer people don't like me. Any good, soft, 10° Czech lager you want to bring along, Mosquit, please do, and hopefully Gerhard will find a good way to use it -- hopefully with me! (And the pale ale!) I think Mrs and I will be in the Allgäu until Saturday, so probably won't be around to meet. Again. I will say, the Irseer Kloster Bräu beers are QUITE good. A nice, unfiltered Hell, lagered 80 days, has lots of "character". Not "fränkisch gut", but still, quite good. The 7% Bock is supposedly lagered 180 days. Very, very good, clean, SIMPLE food. |
