I am confused myself. Stephan told me the kegs are draughted using N2. I think that N2/CO2 "bar gas" mix is more likely. When I asked about the "definition" of U that it is naturally, and lightly carbonated, that is when he brought up the issued of grams of CO2. That is still confusing to me because that seems really high for an "unbunged" barrel. German beer tastes are changing, and it is possible that even in Bamberg beer drinkers' preferences are changing. |
