Blauer Löwe vs. Sauer/Röttenbach

The website of the "Hopfenhaus" in Röttenbach, which seems to be the official brewery-tap of the Sauer Brauerei , claims, that Herbert Sauer, the owner of the Röttenbach Brauerei, is doing all the work there all alone, while his son took over the Blue Lion Brewery at Höchstadt. Second question: Isn't it a bit funny, that the Gasthaus Blauer Löwe, next door to the Brauerei, is serving only Mahr's Bräu…?!
