Hi Jimbo, maybe not interesting for You (59 € for a single room). But they offer 4-bed-aparments for regulaf 109 € and sometimes 3 days for 300 €, so 300 € for 4 guests / 3 days = 25€ pro night and guest. This hotel exists since 2008. I have read some ratings at Tripadvisor: http://www.tripadvisor.de/Hotel_Review-g198395-d1828634-Reviews-Arkaden_Hotel_im_Kloster-Bamberg_Upper_Franconia_Franconia_Bavaria.html#REVIEWS An interesting information is, that they offer different rooms - "im Kloster" (in the monastery) - "am Kloster" (near the monastery) The last rooms are in an second buildung and seem to be more a hostel than a hotel. With bad mattrasses. And another guest has written: "Was bekommt man, wenn man hier ein 4-Bett-Zimmer (für 4 Erwachsene) bucht? Antwort: Ein Doppelzimmer mit Klappcouch..." (if you book an apartment for 4 adults you get a double room with a folding couch...)
