I can calculate: 560 hl per head.
Today a good productivity is 2.000 hl per head.
Maybe the technology progress was so high since 1925.

The enterprise houses in Bamberg have been big.

And the 500 employees is the total of Bamberg and Erlangen, maybe with transit staff etc.
