I really don't know what do you consider as good 10°. In supermarkets you could usually only buy Gambrinus, Staropramen, Krušovice etc., which are considered as crap here. Most of them are not 10° actually, closer to 8° nowadays. Even "Argus 10 Original" (http://www.pivnici.cz/pivo/argus-10-original/) brewed in Protivin for LIDL is considered better (and costs just 25 centrs) - be careful with choice as there are some other Argus beers that are not so good (and there are also some others, that are quite good as well - the black 12° for example, or "Argus Maestic" By the way, I saw them also in German Lidl somewhere is Sachsen (same bottle, with "brewed in Czech Republic" sign ;-) so you might try to check your local Lidl. Beers like Kout 10° etc from small breweries are being sold often in PET bottles only (or, there are some bottles, but not widely spread in shops). As it is non-pasterizeud and non-filtered, it needs cooling, and this is what supermarkets do not have. Microbreweries and small breweries usually do not brew 10° as it does not worth to (it is a pity, I know). This one has lot of shops near borders and they have usually good beer sortiment http://www.jip-napoje.cz/maloobchodni-sit-prodejen-jip Again, just crap from big breweries |
