Weller - die dritte Erlanger Brauerei

I happened to walk past a little shop near the Kaufland, and Weller had some people in there trying to sell "shares" in the new brewery. I want to say they were looking for 500 euros or more from individuals. My German wasn't good enough to translate all the posters and documents.  There were a few individuals inside being lubricated with some beer, I would suppose to make the transaction easier. Thanks for the information!
