VGN Expanding to Include Lichtenfels

There was a bit about why it's not coming to Kulmbach or Hof at this point, but I don't recall the details now. Sadly, either the article isn't online at nordbayern.de or I'm incapable of finding it. The most recent article that shows up with a search for Lichtenfels is from Monday, this was in Wednesday's paper.
