| Just, maybe possibly, potentially, contemplating a quick trip to Berlin in early 2015, as there are some very cheap fares from Shannon. Possibly stay for a couple of days, then journey down to Bamberg using Quer-durch-Bahn ticket. Can anyone recomend a decent, reasonably located and priced (suitable for pensioners!) hotel? If trip comes off, we'll deal with good beer locations later. Any constructive suggestions considered - get your thinking caps on, especially as the forum is sooo quiet at the moment! |
