Bamberger Hörnla

The special, unique, very flavorful little potatoes, that is, not the croissant-y bakery goods. AFAIK, now's the season, and anyone visiting should seek them out. We will likely make a mash from them for the first time tonight, out of curiosity. Mrs wants to, I'd prefer to keep them more "natural" in the ofen.
