| Now I understand that they pay the same tax rates as all other brewers but maybe there is a sliding scale depending on how much you brew in one year. Maybe Nick knows about this as a brewer? All the users of the Kommunbrauerei must pay 'Kesselgeld' (kettle money) each time that they use the brewery. I have an idea how much but was had to give an oath of secrecy, so can't divulge. Other than that, it's the normal cost of buying hops and barley, which you can find from other sources. |
