Franconia Travel Report pt 1

Like a wine sommelier, a biersommelier is just there to increase the profit for the restaurant/pub.
They will recommend expensive beers (probably "craft" beers), or beers which they want to clear out of their stock room.

If people are stupid enough to frequent such an establishment, that's their problem.
