Gravity Dispense - O2 vs. CO2

Absolutely agree.  In my infrequent visits to Manchester, I generally choose to spend time in Holts, Robinsons and Hydes pubs - local breweries, limited brews, high volume sales.  So many of the multi-tap pubs do not sell enough beer to warrant the number of choices.  Some exceptions: in Manchester, especially the City Arms.  Nice range of about 5 beers, always busy, good turnover, excellent quality.
