Some new opening hours for Mahrs

I suppose that it's coming from a country where pubs open 7 days a week (do they still?).  I simply can't imagine turning up at a pub in Manchester and finding a notice saying 'Closed for the day'.  It's lovely meeting Daisy (if that's possible among the crowds) but, like any other business, a pub shouldn't just depend on the presence of it owner and certainly not on the presence of the Chef! Apparently, they can also afford Ruhetag in the rest of Germany!
