Clean, yes, bitter, yes, but *hoppy*? Need to visit again, because on my one visit a couple months ago to verify your (plural) reports, it was great stuff, but not outright *hoppy*. Same goes for Gänstaller beer -- great beer, but not outright hoppy.

I differentiate "hoppy" from "bitter from hops as opposed to over-sparging" though. Hop flavour and aroma, IOW.
