Holidays are actually big business days for the gastro trade, including Bierkellers. Rare would be the one that's closed. And what the others have noted is spot-on.

I wanted to point you to the bierkeller.by website with info for opening times and what-not, but that's beem morphed into the crappy new bier.by abomination. Not sure what they were thinking...or am I just an idiot in not being able to find the old one?
