Greifenklau Zwickl Single Hops / New beers @ Café Abseits

I suppose this is as good a reason as any to visit Greifenklau! Mind you, the only one of those hop varieties that I've found to be distinguishable from "classic" Hallertauer ones is ...of course... the Polaris. It is a beautifully rich, complex hop. A tiny bit of citric note, maybe, but mostly earthy loveliness.

They need to start growing it in the US. (Is that a controversial idea?)
