New Ibis Hotel in Bamberg

I've stayed at the Ibis Budget (they used to call the chain Etap) in a couple of cities and they have all been very basic but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast and WiFi are extra and they have no keys -- there is a combination lock on the door and you get a four digit code to open it. The ones I've stayed at have all been near the train station.
