Forchheim kellerwald: open on Summer evenings?

If you've never been before, yes, absolutely! Even if everything's closed, just to wander along and see the Keller(s), especially the older or non-renovated ones. Here's my preferred route, 1.6 km from the station using the subway/pedestrian tunnel. (Probably 50 m shorter in reality, since you don't have to go out to the front of the station like Googlemaps does.) Lovely views of the town and valley along the steep climb up. There be buses to the base too, but might take longer than walking.
