Wagner Merkendorf Bottled Ungespundetes Lager

That's more or less the way that I remember it from the cask.  Quite a lot of malty flavour for what is essentially a keller bier and, of course, not gassy at all from the cask.  I had a few bottles of Wagner's and Hummel's beers as our excellent landlord kept a small supply in his celler (at cost price).  They were universally much better than most other bottled beers that I've sampled in Franken, not over gassed and fairly like the stube version. No, we don't capitalise adjectives in English!  But 'Ungespundetes' is the name that Wagner give to this beer so I guess it should be capitalised.
