Karpfen

It's a lot more popular in Dinkelsbühl. They are proud of the carp there, it's their own 'Dinks', apparently from the local ponds and streams. (check out pic of Dinks and other enormous carp here: http://www.carp-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=23994) Get there to eat the Easter carp if you can! (I had it on the 30th of december :) )
