Being that Coors is one of the largest American brewers of that horrible "adjunct lager" crap, I would assume that the corn is Coors' adjunct of choice. I enjoy pointing out to locals here that the use of corn and rice as adjuncts in American brewing was a ...wait for it... Bavarian innovation. It's also interesting to explain the technical reasons why such adjuncts started being used. |
