Homebrewing in Franconia

Me, as czech homebrewer, I do not understand why NOT to sparge :) After the first running, there is still a LOT of sugars inside. Anyway, you still need to get the right volume in the kettle, so why to use just water, if you can use the water with those sugars? Also, you will not spend too much extra time on it. 

Regarding the rinsing temperatures - 65 is not enough for sure to have it really sanitized.
