VLB

I think VLB is associated with Technische Univerität Berlin - and TU Berlin (along with TU München and maybe others) offers a "Diplom Braumeister" degree.

Back in the 90's VLB translated their main textbook (by Wolfgang Kurze) in to English -- I still have a copy on my shelf. A great book.
