There are so many German (and other language) web sites with "English" sections that really need an English speaker to look over their grammer and symantics. As you say, it would be a quick job as one can broadly understand what they are trying to communicate but in the hospitality industry (especially hotels) could be the difference in securing business.

Sounds like an interesting career move, advising on English sections of German websites (based in Bamberg of course).
