Auf dem Keller!

All the Keller up there are open on weekends during winter, AFAIK, with exceptions for Urlaubzeit, of course. All were full yesterday.

Also not tasted by me was the Cognac Bock, something like 11% ABV and a year's aging in cognac barrels. Erm...nein, danke!
