No More Hobbybrauer Dock Sales at Weyermann!

Sugary things?!? What about the Reinheitsgebot????? AFA primary & secondary fermentation goes...are you kicking off a secondary fermentation for bottling? Why let it sit on the "yeast cake" for so long? People seem to say that's a worse idea than getting it off the cake sooner. Indeed it did just occur to me to ask Norbert up on the Kreuzberg if he could add a couple sacks of the Bio Pale Ale to an order for me. He's a Weyermann fan; I don't know who else uses it down here.
