| Nick, Nick, Nick -- you gotta get with the program :) You build a barrel from the old wood, age a beer in it and then burn the barrel to smoke the next batch of rauchmalz. So you have aged wood aged beer barrel smoked malt barrel aged smoke beer. Or something. |
