I think Memmelsdorf is worth an occasional visit, especially if we are staying so near - not so mad on Drei Kronen as a 'pub' - too foody for us - but the beer is good.  I think the Hohn beer is decent if not absolutely top class. Can you tell me more about your walk - how far is it? How long did it take?  Is it by road or footpath? Is it very hilly - J. has just had a hip operation? How much was the taxi?  Sorry for so many questions!
