Interesting article on german beer

Personally i have been to all the main players in the beer world & the reason i travel to them is for their own distinctive styles, i am worried there is an homogenisation of beers where in the future you will only be able to obtain pale overly hopped beers, take england for instance where the norm (in a decent pub) used to be well balanced beers , i welcome the diversity we have now, but not at the expense of traditional beers that have now become almost extinct, i worry about the same for Germany, czech republic etc.
